OGCs Ottawa Home & Garden Show 2013

From Thursday March 21, 2013- Sunday March 24, Ottawa residents had a chance to visit over 300 retailers for the annual Home and Garden show at the CE Center. For 30 years, the largest Ottawa renovation exhibition has attracted thousands for a weekend comprised of fun shows, contests, professional products and services- an insight into all things in and around the home front.

Feature highlights at the show

From a 1500 square foot home simulation to a 3000 square foot garden, you can see that this was one super sized event.A fun filled weekend attracted thousands out to meet with industry professionals and enjoy an array of on-site exhibitions designed to inform the home owner and families. This unique event was also hosted by a handful of guest celebrity speakers.Parents were encouraged to bring the children to Family Day and enjoy exciting presentations such as; cool chemistry products, cooking for and with kids, fairies in the garden, kids theater and face painting along with balloon twisting.

The purpose was not only to inform people about their products and services but also to give them a virtual representation of current design trends and ideas-moving from information to showing the customer the effective company structure and how the advantages will benefit you in a home renovation. Custom designs and products, huge showcases; The CE Center in Ottawa allowed folks to drop by and gain unique hands on perspective and valuable insight into a market experiencing growth in numbers, A truly valuable experience. Since the show is set for spring, the next Ottawa Home and Garden Show 2014 is March 2014.
