There were of course issues along the way but each was resolved to our satisfaction. Our project manager Jim was fantastic. The design process was OK, but we ended up sourcing a lot of our own materials for the bathroom (i.e. vanities, bathtub, lighting, faucets, toilets). I just didn't find that our designer was giving us many options with prices provided. Our budget was tight and we were trying to keep a very close eye on it.
