Mario and Sheila's Dream Home

Mario and Sheila wanted their dream home built and they came to Ottawa General Contractors LTD after having trouble finding a reputable contractor. Their dream was to transform a beautiful waterfront property that they had been using as a summer cottage into a permanent residence. They came to us with a budget and a floor plan and we were able to make the home plan work on the property within the confines of their budget. We were also able to incorporate an income suite in the basement to offset the cost of their mortgage. This project transforms what was essentially a three-season cottage into a well-appointed 2400 sq. ft. two-storey new home. We’re very proud to be able to deliver exactly what they were looking for, well within their budget.Project Features:
